Information for Presenters

Those who have not registered by the cut-off date, Friday 19th April, will have their abstracts removed from the program. Should one of the other authors of the abstract be presenting this on your behalf, please advise us accordingly so we can update our program.

You are urged to strictly adhere to the time that you have been allocated for your presentation. Session co-chairs have been instructed to stop you if you over run your allocated time.

Oral Presentations

Invited speakers should refer to their speaker invitations for details on their presentation times.

Presentation Guidelines and Disclosure Statement

Please create your PowerPoint presentation in the 16:9 ratio.

A Meeting PowerPoint slide template can be downloaded here. This template includes two slide options for disclosure statements. You can use your own slide template but you must include a disclosure statement at the start of your presentation.

• Slide option 1: If you have a conflict of interest to disclose, please add the details and include this slide at the start of your presentation.  Delete the other slide.
• Slide option 2: If you have no disclosures to make, please add this slide at the start of your presentation. Delete the other slide.
  

These will be reviewed at the Speakers' Preparation Room and if you not included a disclosure slide the technician will include a slide noting that the Disclosure Statement was not returned.

If you do not intend to present your free paper, please notify the Meeting Managers as soon as possible.
